My kitten isn't eating, has watery eyes, stuffy nose, and head tilt.

kitten has watery eyes appeared to have mucus in left eye stopped up nose now shes stopped eating an appears to have crook in her neck

Tuxi could have an eye infection causing the watery eyes, but it's most serious that she stopped eating. When a kitten doesn't eat, over time they will develop a fatty liver that is fatal without treatment. You need to take her into a vet immediately.
