Thank you contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach with your question about Marty McFly. I love his name! This bump could be the tail of his epididymis, which is a normal part of his anatomy, but it could be a growth of some sorts. Without seeing him in person, I can't say for certain. I would take him into a vet today or tomorrow to have it checked out and treated as needed. Best of luck.
