Eating shouldn't change much due to weather. In the heat of the day, they may choose to eat in the evening or early morning when it is cooler and rest the rest of the day. Cats are weird and do weird things. Make sure the water is clean and fresh each day, and try a heavier bowl that isn't as easy to tip over.
