Why is my cat losing weight, losing balance, and acting clingy?

My cat have lost weight and also i seen a red in his eyes and it disappear and then now he is losing balance now and a clingy too i do not know what happen to him but he is still eating. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 9 months old

Sudden weight loss is always a very big warning light that should not be taken lightly, it's usually a sign of an internal disease that needs to be investigated, i strongly recommend taking him to the vet in order to get it checked, he will need to have a blood test done and possibly an xray as well in order to attempt to diagnose the reason for these symptoms.
