My cats ate treats, now vomiting, diarrhea, not eating. Is it serious?

Hi - the feral cats which I adopted(3 of them) ate meow treats yesterday and had bad day continous loose watery stools and puking. It was either food intolerance or food was spoiled. They are drinking very less water and not eating anything at all. I have starred giving antibiotic prescribed by the doctor. They haven't eaten anything over the last 24 hours. Can you please help?

Oh no, poor cats. They have to see a vet immediately. It's very serious they haven't eaten in 24 hours. If cats go long enough without eating, they will develop a fatty liver which is fatal without treatment. Please take them into a vet now.
