My dog's back legs shake, he's throwing up, and won't eat. Why?

So my dogs back two legs are starting to shake. He can’t stand for a long time or they’ll start shaking as well sometimes when he sits. Lastly, recently he’s been throwing up his food. He can’t eat too much or he’ll throw up and or he’ll seem like he doesn’t want to eat at all. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 8 years and 9 months old
