My dog is licking, panting, eating grass, and bloated. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 70 lbs

My dog keeps licking and panting so much. We took her out to see if she's feeling better but she just keeps eating grass, and when she's busy eating grass her stomach looks like a balloon what's wrong with her?

When dogs eat grass it is usually from nausea/upset stomach. It is only a symptom, not a disease in of itself so I cannot tell you exactly what is wrong with her. If she is that bloated you really should get her to a vet ASAP - she could be actually having the condition "bloat" which can be fatal. The licking and panting are from nausea and pain. Please get her to a vet.
