My kitten has fleas and black things moving in ears. Ear mites?

So I got my kitten 6 days ago and they are now completely covered in fleas which my home is covered in fleas as well but I did notice when I was giving them flea baths that they had black things in their ears and I tried to get them out but after they dried off it looked like black things were moving in their ears and I'm so worried that they're going to have ear mites or something worse I have clean their ears out twice in six days know that appointment until Friday at 5 p.m.feels Forever. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 13 days old | 1lb

It's not urgent so it can definitely wait tile Friday, at their age they can already be given flea products such as Revolution or Advantage multi - both are prescription only and treat fleas, earmites and roundworms.
