My dog is suddenly terrified of all noises. Is this normal with age?

Dear Vet, my dog's anxiousness is getting worse by time. She used to be scared of heavy noise like rain, storms or fireworks before but I am noticing recently she's been extremely scared of any noise such as examp.(spoon fall, door close heavy sound, fall of bottle water sound, if her tail touched a small item and fell..)etc. Is this normal with age? Although my dog is treated like a queen, never been yelled on nor punished heavily, Ive been always gentle and soft w/her. Any idea on how to help. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | spayed | 9 years and 10 months old | 61.72 lbs

I would discuss this with your veterinarian during a physical. That would make sure there is nothing medical going on with Moka.
