My dog is vomiting yellow foam and has puffy eyes. Is it an allergy?

My dog started vomiting this morning, threw up all of her food and now has vomited 5 other times since but it's more of a yellowish foam color. She hasn't really eaten much today but did take a small treat. She is still drinking water. I just noticed that her bottom eyelids are puffy but not red. Is this an allergic reaction. Pet's info: Dog | Goldendoodle | Female | spayed | 4 years and 3 months old | 50 lbs

With an allergic reaction, typically I would expect to see hives and swelling, not necessarily vomiting. Zada could have a severe GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, could have a foreign body, or could have pancreatitis. I think she sounds sick enough to need to see a vet now. Please take her into one immediately. Best of luck.
