My dog has maggots on her lower back. Is there a home remedy?

hello we have a female dog blue heeler mix. and she has maggots around her lower back. not 2 long ago she had a period perty bloody . but now she has scars where thes maggot are is the meds we can give to get rid of them. sorry i don't have any photos. Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 85 lbs

This requires therapy as soon as possible for the maggots and the likely underlying infection. This is not something you can get over the counter and this requires a visit to a veterinarian for further assessment and local and systemic therapy. Have a great day!
