My cat's head lump popped, oozing green liquid. Should I see a vet?

my cat has a lump on his head making his eye not fully open, that popped today and came out non-stop green-yellow liquid, what do i do it won’t stop even after i’ve rinsed and cleaned it with water. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male

It sounds like Diesel has a serious infection. I recommend to have him examined by the veterinarian. Antibiotics will clear this up significantly faster. He also needs to have a hair clipped short around the area and he needs to wear an Elizabethan collar at all times to protect it from scratching or for the trauma. Have him examined today.
