My dog ate chicken bone, holding head down, not jumping. What to do?

my dog is holding her head down and not wanting to jump up on the couch im thinking she might have got ine the garbage and ate a chicken bone and it might be stuck what can i do

Bella needs to be examined by the veterinarian. A chicken bone can splinter and perforate the gastrointestinal tract (which would be painful and be fatal without treatment). These clinical signs can also be seen with neck or back pain. Bella needs a physical exam to determine the difference so that the vet knows what to do next. Have her examined today.
