Why is my 7-year-old cat lethargic, not eating, and breathing heavy?

Pet's info: Cat | European Shorthair | Female | spayed | 7 years and 2 months old | 8.8 lbs

My 7/8 year old cat is lethargic and hasn’t been eating for two days she go iv fluids in and a mood booster about 7 hours ago but she remains the same. lymph nodes were not inflamed neither were the other organs, her breathing is a bit heavy what could it be and what should i do

Hello. I am so sorry that poor Blackie is not feeling well. I am not sure what a mood booster is, we have nothing like this in the US, but your veterinarians should be doing blood work to check her feline leukemia & feline AIDS status, a complete blood count with blood smear to look for red cell parasites, serum chemistry & urinalysis. We do have appetite stimulants that may help, but Blackie should possibly be on antibiotics & a syringable food to at least get some calories into her. Check back with your vet to see what they recommend as the next step to help Blackie feel better. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
