Why is my new foster dog sick, weak, staggering, and having diarrhea?

Got a new foster dog 5days ago, he is pretty sick . He paces and drags his feet stares at the wall and gets stuck in furniture . He is staggering and looks depressed . He also has severe diarrhea. He is also being treated for dilated cardiomyopathy. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 51 lbs

Ray needs to go back to the veterinarian today. It's possible his heart is failing and so he is weak. It's also possible he has an infection, liver disease or a reaction to the medication. Have him examined quickly. Best of luck.
