This actually looks like a mammary tumor (breast cancer). Very common in female dogs that have not been spayed. You need to take her to a vet for an exam as soon as you can to have that checked. You may want to take this article to your vet to show them. ( https://www.petcoach.co/article/mammary-cancer-in-dogs/ )

This mass seems to be a mammary gland tumor but it needs to be ideally assessed by your veterinarian to have a definitive and specific answer. Usually there are two ways your vet can do that a part from examining it directly during physical examination. A biopsy can be taken under local or general anesthetic, otherwise a smaller sample through a fine needle can be aspirated (this technique is called FNA= fine needle aspiration). Thank you for submitting your question regarding Lady. She appears to have a mass growing under her skin on her belly. It looks to be associated qith her mammary gland. These masses are more common in dogs that either have not been spayed or were spayed later in life. She should see her veterinarian to see if this is the case. If it is a mammary tumor, about 50% of them are cancerous. I hope this information helps!
