My 8-month-old unneutered dog has squishy lumps. What are they?

There is a lump on each end of my dogs testicles. What is it? Hes 8 months and the lumps are not bumpy rather squishy. He also hasnt been fixed. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | unneutered | 9 months and 7 days old | 11 lbs
