Why is my dog lethargic, not eating, avoiding me, eating grass, and pacing?

My dog princess is very lethargic and isn't eating. She also is avoiding people has only eaten grass and keeps pacing. What is wrong with her? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 13 years old | 55 lbs

Unfortunately, her symptoms are very vague - they don't point to one specific illness or disease process. It sounds like her abdomen/stomach hurts. I suggest you take her to the vet for an exam. She is pacing from pain - I'm sure you don't want her to continue to be in pain. At her age I would be worried and it is best to catch this problem early.
