My cat made a really loud weird sound then threw up and this is his vomit. Is he okay? Why did this happen??

Hello, sorry to hear about Beanz. Cats may indeed vocalize loudly from retching and vomiting. It appears that there could be some hair material or potentially food with stomach bile. As long as Beanz continues to have a normal appetite and activity then you can continue to monitor him for progressive vomiting, lethargy, decreased appetite, or diarrhea. If you note any of these then have Beanz evaluated by his veterinarian. Otherwise, it is normal for some cats to vomit hairballs occasionally. Hope this helps and best of luck.
