My 7-month, 65lb puppy eats 4 cups. Should I feed him 6 cups?

Our puppy is 7 months old and eating 4 cups of food a day should get more food. Because on the hills science diet bag it says 6 cups. He is 65 lbs. Pet's info: Dog | Alaskan Malamute | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 9 days old | 42 lbs
