My cats are growling at each other after neutering. What to do?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 10 months old

Please help!! Ive just got my boys, 2 9 months old cats from vet, they stayed there for a day bc got neutered and now they growl at each other. Im so sad!! They loved each other a lot and now this is happening. They are traumatised I think but I just dont know what to do. My vet said to me that they get normal again very soon. Today in the evening max she said. But I want another advice from you. Please help me. Tell me this is gonna be fixed bc Im really really sad!!

I would wait a few days before panicking about long-term effects. The stress of being hospitalized, the after-effects of anesthesia, and any medications can cause temporary behavior changes. If the cats weren't prescribed pain medications, then I would talk to your vet about that.
