I would really appreciate your assistance on the following issue: As you can see in the photos attached, my 2 month old (I’m guessing the age and I really don’t know the breed) Bunny Coco suddenly started getting this rash in her inner ear lobe(left) and a slight hair loss on its tip. Also, hair started falling off around both eyes (see before and after photos)with a slight crust but no discharge nor runny eyes. I have two bunnies and they both stay in the same hutch. She might slightly scratch

This looks to be an external parasite (like skin mites) or ringworm (fungus). I suggest you have Coco to your vet for an exam so she can get the proper treatment. These are the most common parasites for rabbits. The treatment depends on the underlying cause. Parasite Infestations (fleas, lice, mites, fungus): Sarcoptes scabei or Chorioptes sp. (mange mites) Cheyletiella parasitivorax (fur mites) or Leporacus gibbus Psoroptes cuniculi (ear canker mites) Ornithonyssus spp. (Tropical Rat Mite or Feather Mite) Trixacarus caviae (Burrowing Mange Mite) Ringworm Fungus (Microsporum spp.)
