My Chihuahua has a swollen, red, itchy bump on her neck. What is it?

Hi there! My Chihuahua has a big swollen, red bump on her neck. It has been very itchy and irritating to her and you can tell she is uncomfortable. Our issue is we don't know what it is therefore we don't know what to do about it. She has been very still and itching the spot like crazy, we just noticed this yesterday please help if you can, thank you.

Oh my, that is quite large! It could be an abscess, a cyst, or an insect bite. It's clearly really bothering Princess, so I would take her into a vet now to get it diagnosed and treated. Best of luck.
