My dog's back paws are injured after a long gravel hike. What to do?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This looks quite severe and painful. This is possibly getting infected and inflamed. I would suggest that instead you consider taking Maggie to a veterinarian who can look at the affected paws more carefully and proceed with therapy accordingly. They may start with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medications for example. I hope they can help Maggie. Best of luck!
