My dog ate an aluminum tray. He vomited, but seems fine. Vet tomorrow?

We have a 4yo greyhound x kelpie x whippet boy. We worked it out about midday yesterday he must have got into some rubbish as this morning he vomited up pieces of an aluminium tray. We gave him 2 paces of bread and some pumpkin. Approx an hour later he vomited up a little more tray pieces. He has since done a solid stool (no tray but pumpkin) and had 3 more pieces of bread and more pumpkin with no vomiting. He is his normal self too. Is it ok to see the vet tomorrow? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 4 years and 3 months old | 75 lbs

Yes, if he is otherwise normal then he can likely wait until tomorrow to see the vet but really, that is your call. I cannot make that call for you. You know your dog best. If you think he needs to see a vet sooner there is no harm in taking him now. I suggest fasting him until he sees the vet so don't feed him anything else but water is OK.
