My 6-week puppy vomited, can't stand, and has trouble breathing. Why?

Hi, I have a 6 week old boxer puppy who vomited once. And all of the sudden does not want to get up he tries but it seems like it hurts. When he gets up he can’t fully pull himself up from he’s back legs. He’s also breathing a little fast. Like he has trouble breathing. He also tries to vomit but nothing comes out just a big loud noise like a pain noise.

You need to get Beans to a vet ASAP. His symptoms are serious for a puppy this age. Unfortunately, they are non-specific symptoms (they don't point to a specific illness or disease process) so I can't tell you exactly what is going on. That is why a vet exam in person is needed.
