My dog was having diarrhea and throwing up for 2 days and was brought to the vet this morning. He was severely dehydrated so they gave him fluids and sent him home after getting him more hydrated and gave him some anti vomiting and anti diarrhea meds. However, he has still been having diarrhea for the past 7 hours that we’ve been home (completely mucous like; brown yellow color) and he’s refusing to eat (hasn’t ate since yesterday morning). What should I do?

Hi. It may be he needs a bit more time for the meds to work. In addition, you can feed rice and a little spoon of canned pumpkin to bulk up feces. If not better by Monday, then I'd take Zero back in. Good luck.
