Why is my senior cat lethargic, wobbly, and has dilated eyes?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 15 lbs

my cat for a few months has not been acting right and acting not lively like he used too. he is 13 and has had good health nut these pasts few months he has been unresponsive to his sourandings and very clingy. his eyes are dilated at all times and he walks wobbly. he has had blood,vomit,fecal tests they all came back clean. but there is defintly something not right about him. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APRECIATED!!!

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Skipper. Has he has his blood pressure measured? That would be my first recommendation given his dilated eyes. High blood pressure in cats can cause changes to the eyes. If left untreated, blindness can result. I hope this information helps!
