My dog's shaved skin is red and bleeding from licking. What to do?

Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | spayed | 7 lbs

My dog got shaved a few days ago and now her butt is all red and bleeding from her licking it so much the vet is closed weekends what can we do for her now and is this a vet worthy thing on Monday we've put Neosporin on it already

I would put an Ecollar on Sasha. You can make one at home. And yes, I think it's worth a vet visit on Monday since it's clearly really bothering her. Best of luck. http://dogsaholic.com/care/homemade-dog-cone.html
