My dog in heat is vomiting blood, not eating, and can't pee. Help!

Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Female | unspayed | 11 months and 24 days old | 30 lbs

My dog baby girl started her heat cycle on sunday, by Wednesday she started to not eat or drink and is laying by herself. She gets up every now and then and throws up white and yellow blood. Sometimes she tries to pee and nothing comes out or very little. The emergency vet took blood work and her levels looked good they did a urine sample but wont have the results for 3 days. She wont open her mouth to take water out of syringe and smells the food like she wants it but wont open.is this a uti

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Baby Girl. Unfortunately, she sounds more sick than most dogs with a urinary tract infection. I recommend that she is seen again and has additional diagnostics performed. She may need x-rays of her abdomen or even an ultrasound. Her uterus should be checked to ensure the infection is not there. She would likely benefit from medication to help control the nausea and vomiting as well. Try to offer water so that she does not become dehydrated. I hope this information helps!
