My dog ate aspirin. How much is a toxic dose based on their weight?

how do you measure the toxic dosage of aspirin? for example, if a 20lb dog accidentally ate 500mg what would be the dose per kg?

The toxic dose for aspirin is generally from 100mg/kg. Max ingested about 55mg/kg (he weights about 9kg and he ingested 500mg; 500/9=55,55). This dose seems to be very low and will not cause any toxicity.
