My dog ate something. What are the signs of an internal blockage?

Would there be *obvious * symptoms if a dog had a blockage in their stomach/ate something foreign? Came home to find my chi (who has never eaten foreign things before) with a little bit of fuzz/stuffing on her nose and mouth. I can only think, since she's old now/has cataracts, that a tiny bit might've flew in her food. It wasn't a lot, but, I'm easily worried after googling. She has no related symptoms it seems. Just a lil gurgle tummy. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 3 lbs
