My dog's leg has a red spot that's getting redder. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 7 months and 24 days old | 60 lbs

I saw this on my dogs leg a week ago and it just got redder should I be worried.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This is probably just a small wound and is of no major concern. You can apply a thin film of triple antibiotic for about 3-5 days to help prevent it from getting infected. If no improvement by then, have her evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Best of luck!
