Puppy losing balance and not playful after vet said she's fine?

Question

I already taken my 12 month old puppy to the vet today and they say shes fine, after doing bloodwork. She has been loosing her balance today and not being her playful self at all. The doctor gave her a fluid shot that gave her a hump, hopefully she gets better soon, but I wolud like to know more, I still don't know whats wrong with her. I am very concerned. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 11 months and 25 days old | 6.1 lbs

I would be concerned potentially about an ear infection if she is losing her balance. Did she get into anything? Also, is she limping or seems dizzy? There are a few more questions I would discuss with your veterinarian and if you are still concerned I would video her at home and bring it in.
