What to do about my Jack Russell's aggressive, growing elbow cyst?

A pea sized cyst under elbow on 6 year old jack russell has grown over 8 weeks became more aggressive in the past week and a half . Vet given antibiotics yesterday but no cells collected because he was behaving very excited. Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | neutered | 6 years and 3 months old | 17.6 lbs

This cannot be completely assessed just by looking at pictures and usually requires sampling such as fine needle aspiration to determine its origin. Sometimes a biopsy is needed for a definitive diagnosis. I recommend that you have him evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. I am really hoping for something benign.
