Why does my 1-year-old puppy have skin patches, pain, and foul odor?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 4 months old | 30 lbs

My puppy whom is 1 year old, was raised by my sister and her husband she had to share food with 5 or 6 other puppies but I was told she was the most aggressive...Now since I had her she has gained weight which she looks alot better then she did when I received her , but she now has patches all over her body and I notice when she is picked it's like she strains her mid area all the way to her lower body as if she was in pain. I don't have a clue what it could be but she also has a foul odor .

Hi. It looks like Diamond is having some skin issues for sure! This could be where odor is coming from. . Her ears look irritated as well. She needs a full exam and then that can guide towards the best treatment. Good luck
