My cat foamed at the mouth once, but seems fine. Should I worry?

Hello! My cat just had foam coming from his mouth, but the amount was very small, and he seems totaly okay now. it was one time and it has not repeated. Should i worry? He is a house cat with no access to outside and is eating and drinking well, no unusual behaviour. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 1 year and 11 months old | 15 lbs

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! If the foam isn’t continuing and Vy is acting normal I wouldn’t worry. It is possible she licked something that didn’t taste good and the taste has now passed. If it continues, I would take her to a vet for a thorough oral exam. Good luck and kisses to Vy!
