My cat foamed at the mouth once, but seems fine. Should I worry?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 1 year and 11 months old | 15 lbs

Hello! My cat just had foam coming from his mouth, but the amount was very small, and he seems totaly okay now. it was one time and it has not repeated. Should i worry? He is a house cat with no access to outside and is eating and drinking well, no unusual behaviour.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! If the foam isn’t continuing and Vy is acting normal I wouldn’t worry. It is possible she licked something that didn’t taste good and the taste has now passed. If it continues, I would take her to a vet for a thorough oral exam. Good luck and kisses to Vy!
