My puppy threw up clear liquid and has pale gums. What's wrong?

My puppy, Bruno, woke up this morning and had vomited white, clear liquid twice this morning. Also his gums are a light pink/white.

If Bruno has pale gums, I recommend to have him examined by the veterinarian today. This may or may not be related to the vomiting. Parasites can cause anemia and can cause vomiting. Then again it could be unrelated. Bring in a stool sample for testing. It’s best to play it safe, especially with a puppy. Best of luck.
