How to help my cat gain muscle weight after surgery recovery?

Pet's info: Cat | Turkish Angora | Female | unspayed | 11 months and 23 days old | 5.07 lbs

My cat got a surgery from her hips.Her hip bones were broken cus of falling from building.They used platinum to support her bones.But due to long healing time she suffered atrophy from her legs. She is completely healed now.But she is under weight.She is supposed to be around 4 kg.Now she is stand around 2.3 kg.How can i make her gain muscle weight..

So sorry to hear this happened to her. Physical therapy is the best way to build muscle. You cannot feed them food to make them gain muscle weight, they will only gain fat (just like a person). You have to be careful she does not get too overweight or it will be harder on her legs.
