Hello. Seeking for your help.my 3 month old shih tzu accidentally had an intake of a make up cover. She is still sweet and still drinking milk but not eating her dog food and signs of weakness is very evident. I dont know what to do. Please help. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female

I am not sure what you mean by make up cover. But the symptoms that Lucy is exhibiting are very concerning. I would recommend that you have her checked out by the vet to see what is the cause of her lethargy and poor appetite. At 12 weeks old, she shouldn't be on milk anymore, water and puppy food will suffice.
