Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 76 lbs
My dog is 3 years old weight 38 kg. she has endometritis and waginal bleeding for 24 days and she refuses to eat for 5 days but she drinks. We did x-ray, cbc,sgpt and sgot, ultrasound and waginal cytology. She is not in estrus cycle. I am doing her waginal cst and only neomycin found sensitive for these bacteria. Bleeding not stop After 10 days. Doctor says we are unable to overiohysteroctemi because no antibiotic works. I don't understand what I do. Please help

Spaying (ovariohysterectomy) is likely the best treatment. If the infection is limited to the reproductive tract, then removing the organ is the most efficient way of removing the problem. This surgery shouldn't lead to spread of infection if done properly since the uterus is removed completely without needing to cut into it.
