My Boston Terrier has back bumps that are getting worse. What's wrong?

These spots on my Boston Terriers back started off as bumps, but have gotten worse in the past week. Any help as to what it could be, or what could be causing it would be much appreciated. Pet's info: Dog | Boston Terrier | Male | neutered | 9 years and 1 month old | 26.5 lbs

I can't see a picture attached to your question; we have had a glitch with pictures recently. You can repost your question and try to reattach a picture. But based on your brief description, I would suggest that Spike get checked out by a vet to see what could be going on. Simple rashes shouldn't get worse over a week, and may indicate immune disease or an infection that will need prescription medications.
