My kitten is stiff, head-tilting, and paralyzed after injury. Can he recover?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 10 lbs

Basically my kitten got hurt by a couch was fine for like 4 5 days but he a tinny but I blood in his poop and not yesterday but the day before we found him stiffened tilting his. He has been isiolatednin a comfy warm area and is eating and drinking water when I give him sime but is acting paralyzed even tho he has moved here n there but also does the head tiltinf and stiffening up thing. I thought I was going to pass last night. Do you think I have a chance to nurse him back ?

This is definitely a situation where I would suggest taking him to a Vet asap. Many injuries are not visible to us after a "crush injury". Your kitten could have broken bones, internal bleeding, or even swelling in the spinal cord or a break.
