My dog is outdoors. What areas need sunblock besides nose and paws?

I am going to be outdoors with my dog during the July 4th holiday. I have been reading about dogs needing sunblock, however most pet products I see are for the nose and paws. Is this the only area that needs to be covered to protect my pet? Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 9 days old | 4 lbs

Hi, the areas that need to be protected are those uncovered or just partially covered by fur and routinely exposed to the sun, so I would include the tip of the ears and areas above the eyes in certain breeds, as well as nose and paws.
