Is my parakeet sick if its feathers are smooth and tight to its body?

Hi i have a question about my parakeet i don't know if it is sick or not. The issue is that today i noticed that my parakeet is keeping their feathers smooth and tight to their bodies i don't know what this means can someone please help me. Thank you.

As long as she is eating, drinking and defecating normally then there is likely no cause for concern. Symptoms of illness or injury include lethargy, loss of appetite, loose droppings or a fluffed up appearance.
