my Staffordshire bull terrier humped like madly on the pillow then I seen blood stain and on his penis with it fully out, is he ill with cancer or prostate problem? He has been neutered. Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Male | neutered

It sounds like Tyson was masturbating, which neutered dogs can do and is normal. But it sounds like he was a bit vigorous doing it, leading to him injuring his penis and blood. Check his penis to make sure the bleeding has stopped. If he starts humping vigorously again, redirect his attention to something else. Best of luck.
