My puppy was hit. Why is her head up, drooling, and walking oddly?

Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | 30 lbs

So today my 2 month year old chihuahua went through something very bad. My moms boyfriend was throwing his shoes from downstairs really hard and didn’t see my dog was in the way and accidentally hurt the dog really bad that she has her head facing up as if she couldn’t put it down or look straight. I panicked and didn’t know what to do so I let her lay down on her bed and she fell asleep but kept massively drooling non stop. And a few hours later she gets up and starts walking funny and bumping

Lacey needs to see the veterinarian right away. Head trauma can be fatal, it can cause a concussion and only a veterinarian will know what needs to be done. https://www.petcoach.co/article/concussions-in-dogs-what-you-should-know/ Have Lacey examined quickly. Best of luck.
