Why is my dog throwing up daily? Could she have swallowed something?

My dog has been throwing up almost every day for a couple days and today was the worst of it. She threw up three times and keeps making sounds like she wants to again but nothing comes out. We took her to the vet last week for an unrelated issue, and when they took x-rays the doctor mentioned it looked like she had swallowed something but wasn’t sure what it was. We didn’t really pay much attention to it then.. We can’t afford to keep taking her this often, and I’m not sure what to do now.. Pet's info: Dog | Maltipoo | Female | unspayed | 10 years and 1 month old | 10 lbs

If the vet was concerned about there being something in the stomach last week, then it could be related to her current symptoms. Objects that are ingested can sometimes stay in the stomach for weeks or even months before they cause any symptoms at all. I would recommend taking Miny back to the vet for re-evaluation.
