My cat attacks his brother when he tries to cuddle me. What to do?

Hi! I recently (3 days ago) adopted two cats who are usually the bestest of friends but one of them has taken to sleeping by my head and beating up his brother whenever he tries to come ask for a cuddle too. what can i do? Thanks!

It sounds like he doesn't want to share you! When he does this behavior, pick him up and take him out of the room. By doing this, you are teaching him this behavior isn't appropriate, and he will only be allowed to sleep by your head if his brother can be there as well.
