Why does my dog have red bumps with white centers on his belly?

My dog has two of these red bumps with white middles on his belly. They are about the size of a dime, probably a little smaller. Any idea what it is? Pet's info: Dog | Goldendoodle | Male | neutered | 3 years and 2 months old | 70 lbs

Skin lesions like this may indicate big bite, bacterial infections or pimples. Make sure to protect the areas from any licking and Sawyer may need to wear an elizabethan collar.
